What Is STOMP?
"STOMP" is a band of people
who play or want to learn to play unusual, and sometimes
even primitive, musical instruments. The concept of this
band comes from the International Stage Sensation, "STOMP."

Please visit their website
www.stomponline.com
and learn about their styles, frequently used instruments
and how you can even make your own. We will be making some
of our own instruments in this class.
"STOMP"
is a highly choreographed presentation using combinations of
music, mime and dance.

We hope to follow in their footsteps and make our own
STOMP Band!
Won't you join us and help us build a Stomp
Band? It's a lot of fun and good exercise, too!
Instruction is held at Campo Elementary
School during the After School Program from 4:30 - 5:45 PM
on Tuesdays (ages 4-7) and Thursdays (ages 8 & up).
We will discuss ways to get "instruments" donated and how we
can make money for our group. A practice stage will be built
by Tony Neff, Tom Jones and Matt Cox. It will cost about
$300 for the materials. Maybe we can get some of these
materials donated also.
So, tell your friends and come on out and join the fun!
We will be making some instruments and need your help with
supplies.

here to see a list of items that we need to have donated for
our projects.
Note: All ages are welcome to join us, but
children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by a
parent or guardian unless enrolled in the Campo After School
program. So sign up now and make it a family activity!
Please be sure to sign in at the ASP room before coming to
STOMP class. You will also be required to sign your student
out when leaving. This is for the protection of our
students, and we thank you for your cooperation.
